- * Oral and Poster presentation Attendee should choose the General, Students and retired registration type.
- ** One day registration is for the participants who will only attend as an audience (no conference materials and catering provided) at the conference.
- *** An accompanying person will get the reception and banquet tickets but no access to meetings and conference materials.
The registration fee include: free access to the scientific session, free access to the exhibition, conference material, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches and banquet.

Cancellation Policy
In case of canceling registration after paying the registration fee(including banquet), the registrant should apply by letter with signature.
If written notice of cancellation reaches the Conference Registrar:
- Before June 15, 2024: A cancellation fee of USD100 / CNY650 for regular registration, USD50 / CNY325 for students and retired.
- After June 15, 2024: No refund will be given. A copy of Proceedings will be sent to the registrant afterward.
Privacy Declaration
The Privacy Policy applies to all information that ASIATRIB2024 & CICT2024 collects when you register for participation. The collected information is used for the conference organization ONLY.
